	- Additional cleaning		21€ / hour
	4 hours of household (at the end of the renting) is included in the price, the household will be charged additional : 16€/hour.

Payment : 1/3 upon reservation - 1/3 one month before - 1/3 at arrival.
In case of cancellation :
- 2 months before renting : 30% is due
- 1 month before renting : 60% is due

For all renting, a bond is asked at arrival, which will be refunded the day of checking out.(bond for holidays rental in Dordogne : 300€ for "La Petite Forge", 400€ for "la Maison des Arcades", 500€ for "La Ferme aux Chênes").

Renting from Saturday 16h to Saturday 10h .
